CATEGORIES
The Yoddha race invites athletes to participate across the following 5 categories. An athlete may opt to register for 1 or more categories at the same race.
The reps/weights may differ across each zone depending on the category of participation.
maleMale Open: Solo male athletes take on the full challenge.
maleFemale Open: Solo female athletes push through every zone.
maleMale Doubles: A Mens doubles team consists of two male athletes who compete together in the event. They will complete the same challenges and tasks as individual participants but as a team, sharing the workload and supporting each other throughout the competition.
maleFemale Doubles: A women's doubles team consists of two female athletes who compete together in the event. They will complete the same challenges and tasks as individual participants but as a team, sharing the workload and supporting each other throughout the competition.
maleMixed Doubles: Mixed doubles refers to a category in the competition where teams of two participants, one male and one female, compete together.
